Ganung Patuha is one of the volcanoes in the Rancabali mountain range of West Java. The area has a cool climate because it is surrounded by mountains, stretches of tea plantations and community coffee farming land. Rancabali is a conservation center for animals, namely deer and Javan Gibbon. 33 small farmers in the region deliver their cherry to our wet mill in Tenjolaya Ciwidey. The coffee is promptly depulped and undergoes a classic washed process. The facilities at the mill enable this processing method, as it is possible to control the drying with greater consistency, a difficult feat for smaller operations due to the humid conditions.
